During September 2008 the 3rd Wallasey Beavers and Cubs had a Family Camp at Tawd Vale in Ormskirk.

We had over 50 participants on the camp including Mums, Dads, Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, Nephews, Aunty's and Uncles.

The youngsters enjoyed activities such as orienteering, camp fires, canoeing, rock climbing, balance beam and raft-building. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the fantastic weather and were very quick to help out where required with the washing up and the chopping of the wood.

Apart from the cold showers, the weekend was absolutely fantastic in every way and enjoyed by everyone who was there.
